By geographical approach Asia is constituted by one continental block of great dimensions from which depart the three great peninsulas Arabic, Indian and Indochineese.
Asia is joined to the Europe along West side making Euroasiatic continent; it borders Africa to the South-West for a small drawn in correspondence of the Suez Canal, Indian Ocean to the South, Arctic Glacial Sea to the North and Pacific Ocean to the East and South-East.
With a surface greater than 40 million square kilometers Asia is the greatest continent. The population, esteem 2006, is about 4 billions of inhabitants, the more populous continent of the Earth.
